Ferrite disc magnets made of ferrite have their north and south poles on the even circular surfaces (axial magnetisation). Ferrite magnets are rustproof and can therefore be used outdoors. Another characteristic feature of ferrite disc magnets is their temperature resistance. They can be used at temperatures from -40 °C to 250 °C.
