Neodymium Ring Magnet
Neodymium magnet is the permanent magnet with the strongest magnetic, mainly used in electronics, electrical appliances, packaging, motor, toys, leather goods, and automotive machinery.
Sintered magnet is a magnet made by mixing quick-quenching NdFeB magnetic powder and binder through “compression molding” or “injection molding”.
The dimensional accuracy of the bonded magnet is extremely high, and it can be made into relatively complex shapes, rings are the most common shape. And has the characteristics of one-time molding, multi-pole orientation, etc. Can be injected into one body with other accessories during molding.

What are the main characteristics of Neodymium ring magnets?
- Neodymium ring magnet magnetic property is much higher than ferrite magnet;
- Neodymium ring is better than sintered NdFeb because of a molding without post-processing;
- Neodymium ring can be diversified multi-pole magnetization;
- High working temperature, Tw=150℃;
- Anti-corrosion performance is good, the surface is coated with epoxy resin;
NOTICE: Neodymium is easy corrodes!!!
So there are coatings available for neodymium magnets. The coating is a protective barrier that prevents oxygen and moisture from reaching the neodymium material of the magnet.
